Warranty
We stand behind every part we sell. Each new part carries the manufacturer’s warranty. If it is a refurbished part, we provide you with a no-questions-asked, one-year warranty. If our product fails to meet your complete satisfaction, please return the product at no charge.
Repair
We make it simple. If you are looking to repair a component, we offer set prices and helpful customer service to keep your paperwork to a minimum. We are committed to being the ONLY place a customer needs to call, from sales to repair. Products from most major manufacturers are covered under First Point’s repair program. Our repair department is highly knowledgeable and experienced, and you can always depend on a quick turnaround on your repair. All parts are quality tested and carry our standard warranty.
